Shopping for the Lowest Priced Email Vendor Spells Disaster

Everyone wants the biggest bang for their buck. That is just smart business but when it comes to email marketing and email services, low price rarely comes with quality. If you are in the "must find the lowest price" mode, take a step back and read this information. With any luck you will understand the incredible dangers that come with dirt cheap prices.

For the past four years I have been watching one of the most well known email marketing companies in the USA sending mail for several top retailers. They practically give their email delivery services away for free and it attracts quite the crowd of clients. But what most people do not realize, or see, is that email marketing service has been badly blacklisted for FOUR YEARS nonstop, and their clients are completely in the dark to that fact. Being blacklisted means your mail will not reach many inboxes and many times means your mail is simply deleted-upon-arrival with many of the big ISP's. So I ask you, is dirt cheap really that important to you? Are you willing to tell the ownership of your company that you skimped on the deliverability to save a few thousand dollars? Chances are good if you tell upper management they saved a ton of money by going with a "cheap" email marketing service, they will praise you. But in the same breath if you tell them their marketing/sales information is missing about 25% of their recipients due to the "cheap" email service you chose, you will be fired on the spot.

Email marketing is not as easy as pushing mail through a gateway. There are literally over 100 moving parts to any email campaign and if you miss any of those moving parts, your campaign delivery stats will be miserable. I see this every day with companies asking for help on figuring out why their response rate is in the toilet with any number of our competitors. The answer we often give is that that the competitor is blacklisted and has been for YEARS. Once we can explain the problem with "cheap" email delivery services, we gain them as a new client. We even take clients from services charging 20 cent CPM's onto our Level III CPM rate of $1.85. Why? Becuase with Global IntelliSystems they money you pay goes to making sure your messages reach the target, every time. We don't just let you push the launch button and hope for the best. We watch from behind-the-scenes to make sure you are not blocked, your message is flowing freely, and that the ISP knows about the IP's you are using. All of this is simple to do but the "cheap" email marketing companies can not afford many staff members becuase "cheap" doesn't pay the bills.

Global IntelliSystems operates profitably and that means we can afford the good employees who will always be watching out for your mailings. In addition, since we are profitable we can buy the expensive hardware and treat our clients like gold and give them whatever they need to achieve success. We hire the high-end talent and purchase the very best servers and equipment because we know that in the long run our clients want reliability, redundancy, and innovation so they do not have to keep looking for the next vendor. Profit is not a bad word and that is what keeps people employed and keeps advancing technology. The old dot-com days may be re-appearing everywhere, but with Global IntelliSystems, we refuse to skimp or take shortcuts to save a buck. We know how important your sales or marketing message is and that is why we work with so many major mailers.

Here is what you get for your dollar with Global:

(a) Available dedicated servers on a squeaky clean network,
(b) Assigning your IP's to the SuretyMail network, at no cost to you,
(c) Integrating your account with virtually ANY net-accessable system,

(h) Custom reports, features, and utilities designed for you at little or no cost,
(i) Routine reviews of your mailings and suggestions given to improve response rates,
(j) Free assistance with uploading, testing, and launching mailings if you are in a bind,
(k) A full staff of marketing professionals, designers, and technical guru's at your disposal,
(l) Experience. That in itself is hard to find these days.

In closing I hope you now understand why the "cheap" email marketing services simply spell disaster for your campaigns. Anyone who manages a budget, even for their household, understands that if you spend more money thank you take in, you can't get very far. That's the same problem with the "cheap" vendors. You might enjoy a cheap ride on a cheap competitor for a little while but in the end you will find the money you thought you were saving was costing you by lower sales and lost customers. To picture it a different way, imagine a board certified heart surgeon with an amazing record of saving lives who charges you $90,000 to save your heart. Then imagine a "discount" surgeon who has a 75% success rate that can try the same surgery for only $10,000. Would you like to save a few bucks and be part of the other 25% with that discount surgeon?

Sign up with Global IntelliSystems and I can assure you that every dollar you spend will be spent wisely, effectively, and professionally.

We look forward to doing business with you.
