Your agency or department sends Email and has Email lists. Over time those lists grow and become difficult to manage (bounces, change of address requests, missing mail, etc.) The Global IntelliSystems service takes all of the headaches away from list management, content management, delivery, and post-delivery analysis.

Our service is entirely web-based so you simply upload your mailing list using our easy-to-use web interface, once, and from that point forward we keep it secure, managed, and up-to-date. We provide you with all of the links needed to place on your website so the subscribe or unsubscribe requests come directly into your account in real-time and change-of-address requests are processed automatically. Your list is stored into an AES encrypted datafile to provide maximum list security.

But list management is only one small part of what we do. You can upload your message into your account for analysis against all of the major anti-spam packages and have the links converted into tracking links to see what links have the most activity. You click just one button on your account and you can select the list to use, the content to send, and even when to send the message. Using our array of delivery servers we will take your message and deliver it to your list members, quickly, and efficiently. The bounces come back to us, we analyze the bounce automatically, and give you a report on who bounced, why, and we even handle removing that address from your list, automatically.

Reporting is another key benefit to using the Global IntelliSystem service. We provide you with ample reports to show you the overall delivery success, message open rates, click rates, bounce rates, and even a report showing you which domains may have had difficulty receiving your mail. We can even custom deisgn a report for you if your department needs data in a specific format.

To top that off, we handle ALL of the tracing services at no cost in the event you need to know why a recipient did not receive their mail. Often times we will work with the mail administrator on the recipient site to solve the missing message issue. All of this is done by our staff so you just get a report on what happened, why, and how the problem was solved, for good.

Don't be Fooled.....

There are some off-the-shelf packages claiming they can do all of the above for you for a one-time fee. The truth is unless you've spent the time talking with the major Internet Service Providers to get your IP address and domain whitelisted, that off-the-shelf product is not going to deliver for you.
