We have made every effort and taken every step possible to ensure that your mail will flow freely to the major and semi-major Internet services throughout the world as well as the rest of the emailboxes located throughout the world. This includes our having contacted and filled-out the necessary paperwork on the various ISPs that keep the "white lists" as well as "black lists" to ensure we are viewed as a legitimate, valid, and high-quality mailer of solicited (opt-in) email messages for business-to-business and business-to-consumer mailings. We are extremely selective of the type of clientele that may use our service and use screening systems to routinely monitor the content being sent from this service. Should a message even appear to have a hint of spam, the system will not allow the message to be sent and will alert our staff immediately.

It should be noted that while we constantly maintain a squeaky clean status with the white listing community, it is impossible to know the instant that a new filter, black list, or spam-trap is created. Should we learn of a new spam-sensing device, we will contact the owner of the device to forward the necessary credentials and make the necessary guarantees to have our domain and IP addresses placed on their white list.

With respect to what we consider the "majors" in the Internet world, we consider the following services or firms to have a free-flowing status with our email delivery servers:

America Online, AT&T, ComCast, Earthlink, Hotmail, Juno.com, MSN, NetZero, Sprint, and Yahoo!

With respect to the Black Lists (also known as RBLs) we are clear on the 71 most commonly used blacklist filters. We make scans of the RBLs three times daily to ensure we are not in any filters. Should we notice an entry into the filter, we will contact the RBL owner and will resolve the problem immediately and provide evidence of the recipient being an opt-in member of a list.

White List Owners or Operators: If you have a white list and do not see us on your list, please contact us so we may forward you all of the credentials and evidence of our impeccable status of being "spam free" since the inception of our business.

In closing, while it is impossible to guarantee that we will never be taken off a white list, we will give you our complete assurance that we are extremely careful with the clientele we invite to use our service and also follow-up on any complaints immediately. Should we find any client abusing the opt-in rules of our service, and if they can not prove to us conclusively that the addresses they own are from an opt-in method, the client will be removed from the service.
